Code of Conduct

Process standards such as ISO 20252 and ISO 26362 support the ethical and legal requirements set out in codes of conduct. The major codes of conduct used by efamro members are:

• ICC/ESOMAR International Code on Market and Social Research
• Declaration for the Territory of the Federal Republic of Germany concerning the ICC/ESOMAR International Code of Market and Social Research
• MRS Code of Conduct
